Rodrigo Mendez is a renowned viticulturist with strong family ties to Rias Baixas. He is in the Val do Salnes subzone, often referred to as the andldquo;birthplaceandrdquo; of Albarino. This cuvee is from vines planted from 1952-1982 on rocky granitic soil. andnbsp;Honeysuckle and spice with intense minerality, deeply pitched citrus fruit and great freshness.

Entry level albarino that has a bit of floral complexity, talc powder and little more. I personally can't find much fruit and the short after taste is far to warm for me. Just ok.
