Arinto is indigenous to the Azores (also distinct from Arinto found on the mainland) and particularly well-suited to the maritime atmosphere. It is wildly herbal, with vibrant aromas of peppermint, citrus peel, red flowers and tart white peach. With slightly more texture and less acidity, it is a bit more subtle in flavor that the Verdehlo. Very well-knit finish that lasts and lasts.

Mmmm A salty and savoury complexity marks this little treasure, all wrapped in a balanced casing of stone fruit, herbs and blossom that keeps it far from being anorectic. Similar savoury qualities on the palate with a fresh spine that drives the palate through a concentrated and solid finish. Impressive texture.
