A little prematurely oxidized. Not enough to not drink but obviously not what it could've been.

Not my favorite Aubert Pinot. IMO it did not have a lot going on.

Textbook Pinot: harmonious flavors that don't shout at you, but is not subdued. Dark fruits like plums and blackberries with hints of cinnamon and black pepper/graphite. Velvet body gives a pleasant syurp-like quality reminiscent of honey.
