This is a wild interpretation of the Moscato bianco variety, grown on rocky slopes overlooking the Mediterranean in Sicily. The Armosa property has a tiny .1 hectare plot of Moscato Bianco and make this wine in a dry, skin contacted style. This is most definitely an orange wine, and youand#39;ll notice with the first pour the unusual copper color in the glass. This wine is an absolute trip to drink. Itand#39;s aromatically fascinating and constantly developing with air, and you can almost taste the salt air on the finish. Itand#39;s a dream with fatty, salty seafood.

Vino ambro! Changed my mind about the category-not oxidized at all, just tons of peachy, floral, marmalade character with an olive briney, salty minerality
