Drinking so great right now. A terrific balance of both power and elegance showing excellent complexity and depth. Sweet black and red fruits, dried red flowers and seamlessly integrated tannins. Alcohol is a bit prevalent at first, but blows off after an hour decant. Finishes long, velvety and seductive. In a wonderful place.

This vintage used to be one of my all time favorites from Araujo but I regret to say that it’s lost a little bit of the greatness for me. Still a very beautiful lady but a few wrinkles are starting to show....we’re still in love but I just can’t forget how gorgeous she looked a few years ago.
