This wine has become a staple for us over the past few months. We just can't get enough of this little beauty. It's 100% Nebbiolo, made from west-facing, 20+ year old vines in Bussia. The wine undergoes a short maceration before being aged in stainless steel. This is one of the most uplifting and sneakily complex wines at under $20 that we've ever come across.

This is a lovely wine. Light bodied, and acidity to make one want yet another sip. Not overly complicated, but v. nice.

Pretty killer Nebbiolo for $22. Plenty of primary fruit, but nice enough acidity to cut through the junk. Drink it soon.

Fruit in the front. Rusticity in the back. Delicious #nebbiyolo. With meatballs. 2013 Fantino Rosso dei Dardi.

This unoaked Nebbiolo is a lovely light profile of the grape, with medium tannin and some umami on my palette.
