Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
You must inform Millesima USA LLC within 48 hours in writing via fax or e-mail if merchandise you have received is defective. Within five (5) days of receiving the order, you must bring the open, resealed bottle claimed to be defective to the Millesima USA LLC retail premise for inspection, together with the sales receipt or invoice. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for an equal amount of the same product, provided it is still available and in stock, or by another product of equal value. With the exception of defective merchandise subject to the terms described above, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. Once the wine has been shipped, the sale is final. Please take note of the terms for "futures" explained below.
