Color dark opaque purple. Nose with blackberry vanilla cedar notes. Open blackberry boysenberry fruit with medium sweet tannins and mild acidity. Length falls short of what I was expecting. Drank over the course of 8 hours without much evolution and accompanied a smoked pork with cilantro Pasilla gremolata. 2015 vintage. Well-made wine , albeit missing some depth that I would prefer to see with a wine of this caliber. Fully understand I may be drinking this way too young and I anticipate it will open up more with time interested to see what secondary characteristics it develops

My love for wine started with cabs and this is a smooth/velvet like red. Acidic and a bit sweet
