Not easy to approach at first but once you get into this wine it’s a stunner. Dark ruby in presentation it offers delicious aromas of raspberry and black wild cherries. Lingering sublime layered taste of wild mushroom, cedar, earth and beautiful leather it has an enticing full mouth feel. It’s long legs and refined tannins highlight the masculine structure of its terroir. Paired perfectly with Braised Veal Cheeks, cauliflower purée and black truffle. Cheers
