There'a also a meaty, deliciously savory component. Medium to full-bodied, the wine has a smooth, almost silky texture with clear traces of whole bunch fermentation, giving it some of the famous Christophe Baron funkiness. The ripe, pixelated tannins are alluring and contribute to a firm structure. Drink now until 2040.
