Rich and pliant, this is a gorgeous wine. Pineapple and apricot. A burst of acidity. Perfect balance. Yet delicious. Served with fois gras at Lafayette, NYC.

Smells like peak market pricing, high viscosity

Concentrated and rich apricot, peach, honey, and elderflower. Sweet, but I could drink a bottle of this, perfectly balanced.

So crisp, delightfully sweet without the heaviness of lesser Sauternes.

Clear clean golden with rich hue of honey Complex pronounced aromas of honey and botrytis. Pear and flower aromas behind the botrytis. Honey suckle and fig. High acidity and full body round out an intensely complex wine. The initial burst of alcohol and acidity is displaced by a lingering fig and honey flavour. The sweetness of the fruit flavour is balanced by the high acidity. Liquid sunshine is an apt descriptor.
