The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc Bailhache is a very pretty wine that balances mid-palate creaminess with a good bit of energy. Apricot, white peach, flowers and mint grace this nuanced, soft Sauvignon Blanc from Ceritas. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, January 2023)

Bright shiny new SB from the crew at Ceritas. Nice acid/fruit balance, low ABV, medium-weight…plenty of citrus, straw, and unripe melon and a long, almost reductive finish. Very tart lemon notes, but marvelous with home baked Sockeye and local yellow string beans. Very young… I think the wine will settle-down a bit with age and pick-up a bit more “gravitas”. Glad to have a half dozen to experiment with over the next few months of local MI summer produce.
