This is a left bank done with over 80% of merlot and it shows. Still its a medoc wine and has all the tell tale soil notes together with some great and velvety tanins. Top stuff for the price point and they normally age really well. We liked it a great deal.

Excellent example of the Haut-Medoc from a poor year. This estate did not suffer from the rain the way others in the region did. Very nice balance and quite drinkable (with an hour of decanting) for a 12 year old Bordeaux. I’ll be buying again as it’s very economically priced!!
