PnP. Dark purple color. Unique nose of grape now-and-laters, blackberries, and anise. Rhubarb and root fruit/vegetables? on the palate. Alcohol lingers and it’s spicy/biting on the palate. Unlike any wine I’ve had. Not bad but not my style. Maybe needs more age?

Twin’s 5th Birthday!! PnP. Dark red color. Awesome nose of oak, dark cherries, and subtle hints of vanilla. Wine has medium depth with cherries, anise, and earth. Finish is a little harsh and sour with some tea, but very good for the price. Probably at prime drinking age. Glad I have 3 more bottles!

Fairly tight and highish acid right out of the bottle. Shows really well with some air. Crunchy dark fruit, currant, judicious oak, good freshness, nice clean structure. Prob one of the better values in Napa Cab at $50. Will definitely improve in the cellar. Thanks Obama.
