Wonderbird Spirits Gin No. 97 Magnolia Experimental NV

Wonderbird Spirits is a fabulous 'field to bottle' distillery in Mississippi founded by three friends in 2019.  They're doing incredible things with their gins, all of which are fermented from Mississippi Delta Rice.  This No 97 is the first of their experimental line, and, utilizing all the fresh Mississippi Magnolia they could harvest, they crafted a stunningly beautiful, highly aromatic Gin that captures the aromas of midsummer Mississippi, which are complimented by cinchona bark, juniper, coriander and black peppercorn.  A fabulous martini gin that's also wonderful on its own. 42% ABV *All spirits purchases subject to NYS sales tax.
