Vinogradi Fon Kras Vitovska 2019

An hour’s drive east of Italy, Marko Fon (successfully) hunted down old and abandoned vineyards in Slovenia. Using only local grape varieties, he makes textured, salty white wines that are a bit cloudy and totally distinct. His 100% Vitovska skin-contact white takes all the adjectives previously mentioned and brings them to the next level. Think premier cru-style orange wine; exceptionally aromatic and elegant.
