This lovely Kabinett from the brilliant Saar producer Van Volxem is absolutely irresistible.   The delicately textured, floral elements offer wonderful tension with the driving acidity and mineral core.  While technically 'off-dry', for me, it sits just a tick above the 'trocken' line.  These wines continue to offer stellar quality at such modest prices.   Vintage: 2021 Country: Germany Region: Saar Appellation: Saar Grape: Riesling Farming: Organic Drink: Now-2030
