An awesome summer wine that has just the right balance of effervescence, acid and floral/fruity notes along with a nice, structured minerality that really ties it all together. This style of juice is interesting right out of the gate simply given its intense, almost ruby-red color along with its sparkling characteristics that really set this apart from other roses in the price range. That's actually my only complaint - the price is on the higher end of what I'd ideally have liked to have paid, but it is good enough to justify the expenditure, especially if it is from Trader Joe's which is consistently priced a couple bucks below market value. Buy. Drink. Repeat.
