Pale salmon. Some minerality on the nose fresh out of the bottle. Strawberry, citrus, watermelon, honey, peach, papaya. On the palate- still very fruity yet also has a spicy quality to it. Dry. Medium body. Fuller bodied for a rosé. Crisp acidity.
