Rivers Royale Grenadian Rum NV

The River Antoine Estate has existed on the North Coast of Grenada since 1785.  Their 40ha of organically-grown sugarcane sit just steps from the coastline.  The distillery operates without electricity, producing rum in the most traditional way possible.  The cane are cut by hand, crushed by a water mill, fermented with wild yeast for 10 days and pot-distilled.  The result is a fantastically bright, lively, aromatically explosive white rum that's clean, pure and perfectly pungent.   Country: Grenada Raw Material: Sugarcane *All spirits purchases subject to NYS sales tax.
