Jaen, Portugal's name for Mencia, makes fantastic, mid-weight, mineral, herbaceous reds just like it does in Spain.  Lemos does fabulous work with it, as evidenced by this gorgeous 2013  Drinking at prime maturity already, this is a heck of a lotta wine for $41!
