Nestled between Monte Amiata and the Agrentario Sea in Southern Tuscany, winemakers Alessandro and Eleonora's very new and very cool estate is producing really intriguing wines in a part of Tuscany not really known for wine production.  This Nebula is a fabulous and unique expression of Vermentino - it's rich, highly aromatic, zippy and savory/smoky.  It almost feels like Emidio Pepe decided to make Vermentino...no, seriously...
