This 2011 Serral, just the fourth vintage produced, is aged for 100 months on the lees, and represents a return to the broad, textured, nutty/waxy, outrageously lees-y complexity of 2007, but with even more depth and breadth. To call this Spain's greatest sparkling wine is almost an understatement.
