Mormaj Colline Pescaresi Trebbiano 2022

Between mount MORrone and MAJella is located the MorMaj vineyard and its olives trees, all grown in tandem and following organic rules, reducing as much as possible the human intervention. Among the vines are found Trebbiano grapes, which Francesco use to make a fresh skin-contact white wine. This white is unfined and unfiltered with a complete maceration on the skin for 3 days. The result is a fragrant white mixing floral notes, a vibrant acidity and savory exotic fruit aromas.
