White burg Friday. Chardonnay from the Les Roches parcel in Cheilly-les-Maranges. Pretty classic in style, but lots of lively citrus and great acidity. Less austere than more high-end white burgs, and maybe more tasty. Lemon peel, dried apricot, rocky minerals and some savory notes. Super long finish. The acid really carries. A little salty. Natural wine.
