I loved the Tecce Satyricon, so I bought this without realizing it was a rosato. But it’s a good one! Full (14% abv) so much better with food. I tried it with a recent Ottolenghi recipe in the Guardian - tofu with broccoli and spicy peanut oil. Very nice.
