The Mimmo has long been one of our favorite reds in the lineup. It's your classic Boca blend of Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Croatina, the ratio of which depends on the vintage. It is their baby Boca, if you will - fermented in tank and aged in tonneaux for one year and for a further year in large Slavonian casks. It's fresh, aromatic, herbaceous and high-toned, and it's the perfect 3-5 year cellaring wine! Vintage: 2020 Country: Italy Region: Piedmont Grapes: Nebbiolo, Croatina, Vespolina Farming: Organic Drink: Now-2030

70% Nebbiolo, 30% croatina, 5% vespolina. Some gritty tannins, cherry/ strawberry fruit, pepper, little bit of funk. Really delicious, though I bet a year or two would integrate the tannins.
