A wonderful 'sous voile' blend of Chardonnay (80%) and Savagnin (20%), the Cuvée des Moyne is Dorbon's 'special' wine.  The old vine grapes are co-fermented, and it spends 30 months under the veil.  Rich, savory, nutty and wildly complex, it's everything you can ask for from a classic oxidative Jura white, and with a few vintages under its belt already, it's in a wonderful spot.   Vintage: 2015 Country: France Region: Jura Appellation: Arbois Grapes: Chardonnay 80%, Savagnin 20% Farming: Organic Drink: Now-2030
