Jean Laurent is the third‐generation owner at the estate, but his family has been growing wine in the tiny village of Celles‐sur‐Ource for centuries.  They produce fabulous wines and are also one of the few grower houses who maintain and extensive library, as well.  From the legendary 2008 vintage, this Blanc de Blancs is nicely developed, with a broad, rich/nutty profile and a fabulous, mineral core.   Vintage: 2008 Country: France Region: Champagne Appellation: Champagne Grape: Chardonnay Drink: Now-2030
