Classic, classic Cab Franc from Carole Kohler's ancient estate in Thouars in the Southern Loire.  It doesn't get any more textbook Loire Cab Franc than this - medium weight, incredibly fragrant, herbaceous and mineral, but with such a soft, easygoing personality that makes it so irresistible to drink.  Lovely.   Vintage: 2023 Country: France Region: Loire Grape: Cabernet Franc Farming: Organic/Biodynamic Drink: Now-2028
