Regarded as a "meticulous farmer," Stéphane Bernaudeau is a master of single-vineyard bottlings, which he produces from biodynamically farmed vines in Anjou. He bottles all of his wines as Vin de France, believing that the wines should speak for themselves, not defined by appellation laws. ‘Les Onglés’ comes from a 2-hectare plot rooted in schist soils, which Bernaudeau vinifies in barrel and ages on its lees for 12 months. A textured, complex, and extremely terroir-reflective wine. Vintage: 2023 Country: France Region: Loire Appellation: Vin de France Grape: Chenin Blanc Farming: Organic & Biodynamic Drink: Now-2035
