Very dry, very sour. Strong lemon and cider notes. Never had a Riesling Pet Nat before! I like it, but am realizing that Pet Nat isn’t my favorite sparkling style.

NV. Lot numbers 22-21. We really liked the not sweet lemon bar aromas and flavors with a nice mousse. I’m not sure if this lot is Riesling or Weissburgunder, but it’s delicious!
