The 2019 Prohibition Meunier Non-Dosé is wonderfully fresh and vibrant. Orchard fruit, dried flowers, mint and lightly spiced notes abound. This layered, focused Meunier from two neighboring old vine plots in Mardeuil (planted between 1954 and 1960) presents so many reasons to recommend it. As always, the style is one of racy, mineral-driven tension. This finishes with striking tension and nuance.
