Éric Taillet Renaissance Extra Brut Blanc de Meunier NV

Eric Taillet is a sleeper gem of an estate in the Vallée de la Marne, specializing in Pinot Meunier (which we have a soft spot for here at MCF).  The Renaissance is a single vintage cuvée made from a selection of the oldest vines of Meunier that hail from clay soils.  It's structured and broad across the palate, with tremendous lift and sprightly aromatics.  It will develop beautifully over the next few years, as well.    Country: France Region: Champagne Appellation: Champagne Grape: Pinot Meunier Drink: Now-2032
