A field blend of (mostly) red grapes, including Listán Negro, Listán Gaucho, Malvasia Negra and Negramoll, growing on very old vines (50-150 years old) and aged in neutral oak. The result is a sultry, earthy and mineral red, balancing the vibrant smokiness, a trait associated with volcanic soils, and the darker, richer texture of the wine, a result of wood aging. Vintage: 2022 Country: Spain Region: Canary Islands Grapes: Listan Negro, Listan Gaucho, Malvasia Negra, field blend Farming: Organic Drink: Now-2030
