Domaine de Chassorney Feel Good Qvevris Savagnin 2022

Part of Cossard's line of négoce wines, the Feel Good is a fantastic white made of Savagnin from the Jura, and fermented with a bit of skin contact and then aged in Qvevri (clay anfora).  The resulting wine is kind of an amalgamation of the best aspects of Savagnin, orange wine and anfora aging - it's fresh and aromatic, lightly nutty/savory and fantastically textured.  It really is one of the cooler/more unique whites we've had in a while!   Vintage: 2022 Country: France  Region: Jura Grape: Savagnin Farming: Organic Drink: Now-2028
