After spending two years replanting the vineyards, 2016 was the first year Guyonne and her family felt comfortable keeping the entire production. They currently have just under four hectares of Chenin Blanc planted. One of the estate's jewels is the Inter-Val, a white with incredible aging potential. This rare Chenin Blanc from Chateau de Bonnezeaux showcases some of the highest quality fruit out there. With balanced tropical notes minerality, this is a food-friendly and refreshing Loire white to bring to BYO sushi or pour with crunch salads at home. The inaugural Inter-Val NV is made up of the Vieilles Vignes 2020 cuvée aged two years in barrel, and their newer Prieur des Noues plot from 2021 aged one year.
