Limpid orange. Ripe red berries, blood orange, pungent flowers and succulent herbs on the deeply perfumed nose. Pliant and expansive on the palate, offering bitter cherry and red currant flavors that become sweeter and more lively as the wine opens up. Canary Islands rose from volcanic topsoil--like something from Provence but a bit racier. Inviting bouquet of red berries with flower perfume and a hint of something meaty and savory lurking in the background. Palate is juicy tangerine, grapefruit and red currant juice splashed over salty rocks. Can't go wrong with Spanish cuisine with this or really just about anything. Incredible value for how labor intensive it must be to grow grapes there

Light salmon in color, slight fizz, aromas of unripe strawberry and wet granite, with more body than I expected. Flavors of strawberry and cranberry, excellent acid/fruit balance and a soft texture. Hell yes.

2016 vintage - sharply refined and redolent of strawberries, cherries, and perhaps a touch of green bell pepper, which oddly enough helps round out this very good rosado.
