Linear, precise but with some weight. Perfect pairing wine. Lemon and citrus (mandarin orange juiciness) forward with creaminess and weight on the back. Mersault like but has a distinct pithy, citrus peel and umami character on the mid palate.

Very Burgundian and yet not really, as the taste profile is slightly different. Not Oregonian not Kiwi either. Delicious stuff nonetheless!!
