A more leaner rendition of this varietal, but in a good way. Nose displays clean cinnamon and toast. Palate is broad and expansive, yet light on its feet. A kiss of vanilla pod and black fruits conclude an excellent presentation. This is an intellectual wine. Bivio, Montclair, NJ.
