Andrea Occhipinti Rosso Arcaico Aleatico Grechetto 2020

Andrea Occhipinti makes wonderful wines in the Lazio just north of Rome from the local 'forgotten' grapes.  This Arcaico is a blend of 50% Aleatico and 50% Grechetto Rosso, and it's a cheerful, light-to-medium bodied red full of bright fruits and spices with a nice underlying earthy element that keeps it grounded.   Vintage: 2020 Country: Italy Region: Lazio Grapes: 50% Aleatico, 50% Grechetto Rosso Farming: Organic Drink: Now-2025
