BIODYNAMIC - Tuesday's Child spent 48 hours on the skins at ambient temps. This is a wonderfully complex, refreshing and engaging 'deeply-colored' rosé, where the brambly/spicy aromatics, fruit driven texture and fresh acidity dominate, but, lurking at the edges, are the beautiful, telltale aromatics of a classic Willamette Pinot.
