Terms of Sale
All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Ordering with us, the customer acknowledges that they are at least 21 years of age, and they will be responsible for their shipment being signed for by a person at least 21 years of age.

Photography
Only 1 photograph will be displayed online for a particular wine. Other bottles may have markings that do not match what is pictured online.

Local Deliveries

We offer $1 delivery throughout San Diego County. Time sensitive orders cannot always be accommodated, but we will do our best. If you have a deadline for delivery please make that clear during your checkout process, or give us a call or email.

Shipping
You must be 21 years or older to order alcoholic beverages from us. Signature of a person at least 21 years of age is required for all deliveries of alcoholic beverages.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

- All wine is shipped from our cold storage facility in the Encinitas, California area. All wine is kept at 55 degrees and 70% humidity.
