Dates and mushroom on the nose. Took a while to open up in the glass, but got richer with time.

Dessert wine from the island of Madeira, Portugal. Boston Bual boasts incredible balance and refreshing acidity. The hallmark of this wine is its otherworldly complexity, featuring cinnamon-clove spiciness with overtones of citrus peel and woodsmoke. There is just enough sweetness to pair with Chocolate, but still has a long, dry finish Too sweet for me, but perfect for this dessert
