Jay Kline Delectable Pro

Popped and poured; enjoyed over three days. Fairly consistent throughout but I think I found it most enjoyable on Day 2. The 2021 Cinsault “Sonoma County” comes from fruit sourced from Preston Vineyard in Dry Creek. The wine pours a luminous ruby color with a magenta rim, medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with bright raspberries, some blue fruits also, purple flowers, gravely minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannins and medium+(?) acid. Confirming the notes on the nose. The finish is long and has a streak of minerals that remind me of Flintstones multivitamins. Beautifully fresh right now and will drink well through 2030.
