Deeper in color, aroma and flavor 1 year later of the same disgorgement. A beautiful mousse, soft, thick and beaded. A deeper hued pink, the aroma was a red berry perfume spiked with flowers and shades of minerality. The palate is more powerful and deeply venous, a truly gorgeous and enlightening rose wine. 2007 base wine, the black grape Pinot Meunier is macerated in the Chardonnay (Saignee method).
