Pierre Boisson, alongside his mother, Anne, and father, Bernard, farm and produce seriously delicious Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from several Côte de Beaune villages. The wines are never over-oaked, or over-extracted. Each one draws focus to purity of fruit, and all have an underlying mineral core that makes these wines so exciting to drink. Auxey-Duresses is often regarded as "baby Meursault", but in this case where premier cru vineyards are utilized it's easy to see how off-the-beaten-path villages can thrill when placed in the hands of the most skilled vignerons!

One of 9 Premier Crus of only 1.35 ha of PC in Auxey-Duresses, this is a thriller. It tastes of oatmeal, biscuit, anise, fried safe & drying nectarines.
