Old 2016, deg 02/2020. Looks like a good one but it's still young.

Pale salmon with aromas of ripe berry fruits with floral mineral tones and a fine mousse. On the palate cherry and strawberry flavors with nutty nuts, mineral and biscuit characteristics, bone dry and structured well. Full body, lively acidity on a medium length ending, crisp with fruit and yeasty mineral notes.

Very pale rose color. A little musky with dried strawberry. Ok stuff. A little short. Apparently disgorged in ‘88

A sunset special. Lively. Beautiful rose color. Pungent bouquet of floral rose petals and mint. Dry finish. Moderate acidity. The rage with duck fat fries. Oh yeah. Went there.
