A nice full bodied Cali. Cab. Some dark fruit and a an almost juicy mouthfeel. A very long pleasant finish.

As suspected, Togni takes it. Top notch nose of icy spearmint. Great balance of fruit, herbs, and molasses. Super classy. The Swift showed up as reconstituted grape jelly with sawdust #4 added. Ok maybe it wasn't that bad, but closer to the new Caymus and just in a different league than the Togni.

Needed time but Togni always age well in my experience. But if you open, just give it 2-3 hours in decanter. And do burgers off the grill. Keep it simple. So good.

First time on this one very young but very good. I am sure it will balance out and be even better in a few years
