Jura-inspired blend 50/50 blend of Savagnin and Chardonnay (ouillé), from vineyards planted close to the Pacific Ocean in the San Luis Obispo AVA, in California’s Central Coast. Fermented and aged for 12 months in barrels, with an additional 5 months in stainless steel. Clean, pure nose. Green apple, minerals.
